Southern California is going through a major heat wave right now. I have really tried to keep the air conditioning as high as I can to help save money. I work from home and it is just so uncomfortable. I had to turn it on. And that made for one happy Mama.
Amanda told me tonight that she applied for a tutoring job on campus. She texted me to tell me that got the job. I tell you people, this girl is so amazing. Whatever she puts her mind to, she gets.
Adam came home from day 2 of school with a list of a couple school items that he needed so I went to WalMart to pick them up. It is the one and only time I have gone there and gotten ONLY the items that were on my list. felt so good. I can only imagine the amount of money that I saved. I AM REALLY STARTING TO LIKE THIS. I am looking at it as a challenge and I am starting to think differently. It really is amazing how easy it is to spend money on things that I don't need.
It was breakfast for dinner tonight. Adam thought it was funny, I think I have only served that once or twice ever. He was like, "huh"??? As he ate it all up.

Breakfast for dinner! So far I have done it twice during this challenge and it has only been 8 days! LOL!
